Sunita S. Iyer, Esq.

Sunita is certified as an Executive Leadership Coach from Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies and has over six years of experience in career and professional development advising.

Sunita began her legal career as a litigation associate at a New York City firm, before moving to a public interest law firm to represent Immigrant Battered Women. She founded a domestic violence non-profit organization that has served thousands of clients over 30 years, and subsequently maintained a private immigration practice for 18 years.

Currently, Sunita serves as Director in the Office of Graduate Careers at Georgetown Law, where she works with students on achieving their career goals. Her own career has always centered on providing service to others. Sunita received her B.A. in Psychology from Smith College and her law degree from Georgetown Law.
